Exploration on the Training Model for Car Service Talents in Vocational Colleges

通过引进校企合作建设单位来共建汽车全程一站式服务基地,为汽车专业学生的培养提供硬件支撑,并从人才培养方案、课程体系建设、师资队伍建设、创新创业社团的建设和创业实习等方面对汽车服务高技能创业人才的培养进行探讨和尝试,为我国快速发展的汽车产业服务。

The school--enterprise cooperation has been introduced to build a one--stop automobile service base to offer hardwear support to train the automobile speciality students in some vocational colleges. In this paper, these aspects, such as talent cultivating programme, con- struction of curriculum system, of staff and faculty ranks, and of innovation and startup business societies are being talked about and studied by aiming at fostering high skilled car service workers and talents to develop the automobile industry service rapidly in our country.
