外来务工人员子女融入城市教育现状研究——以湖州市吴兴区为例

A Study of Present Urban Education the Children of Migrant Workers Receive——Taking Wuxing District of Huzhou City for Example

外来务工人员子女融入城市教育是一项系统的工程,近年来湖州市吴兴区外来务工人员子女接受义务教育有了很大的改善,但仍存在着外来务工家长自身素质和家庭环境影响其子女成长及民办学校师资队伍良莠不齐、教师收入待遇较低等诸多问题,应科学安排经费,统筹解决外来务工人员子女就学,积极整合资源以促进各类学校办学水平不断提升,只有这样才能使外来务工人员子女更好地融入当地的城市教育,使他们真正成为所在城市的一员。

How the children of migrant workers blending into the urban education is a systematic project in our country. In recent years, the compulsory education for the children of migrant workers has been greatly improved in Wuxing district of Huzhou city, but there stll remain such problems as their own quality of the migrant workers, the influence of their family environment on the growth of the children, good and bad private teachers being mixed togenther, and not enough economic support for the teachers, so what should be done nowadays is to ar- range the funds scientifically, give an overall consideration on their education and help more and more migrant workers~ children go to school, and integrate resources positively in order to perfect all kinds of such schools gradually. Only by doing so, can the children of migrant workers blend into the urban education better, being the real members in the city they live and study.
