On Guidance Competence Consruction of National-level Key Model Vocational Colleges

高职国家级骨干示范院校是全国各个高职院校学习的典范,承担着引导中国高等职业教育发展方向的重任,其引领能力的建设尤其重要。国家级骨干示范院校引领能力建设主要包括:先进办学理念和领导能力建设,职业教育和人才培养模式的导向能力建设,及其辐射能力建设等几个方面。只有建设好骨干示范院校这几方面的能力,才能使他们在引导中国高等职业教育快速发展的过程中起到应有的带头示范作用。

National--level key model vocational colleges are the ones to set good examples for other vocational colleges to follow, which un- dertake the task to lead the development of higher vocational education. The guidance competence construction of these colleges is more important, which mainly includes., advanced run--school concept and construction of leadership skills; vocational education and talent-- training -mode oriented ability construction; radiation ability construction and so on. Only by building up the capacities of the key model vocational colleges on these aspects , can they play a leading model role in the process of the rapid development of the higher vocational education in China.
