Analysis on Seismic Capacity of Multilayer Brick-concrete Residential Building

以梅州市梅江区的某多层住宅楼为例,由于年限已久,该住宅楼出现了一些安全问题,严重威胁人民的生命和财产安全.为消除安全隐患,对该住宅楼的结构进行了全面的可靠性检测和抗震能力分析.依据相关的鉴定结果和分析,提出了合理的加固设计方案,该方案具有安全性好、可靠度高和施工简便等优点,从而使得经加固处理后的住宅楼能够满足安全使用的要求,具有一定的可行性.

This article takes a multi -layer apartment building in Meizhou city as an example. As a result of the long history, this apartment building appeared some security problems, and threatens peoples life and the property secu- rity seriously. In order to eliminate hidden danger of the security, we have carried on the comprehensive reliable ex- amination and the earthquake resistance ability analysis on this apartment building structure. Basing on the related appraisal result and the analysis, this article proposed the reasonable reinforcement design proposal which has good security, high margin of safety and simple construction and so on, thus enables the apartment building to satisfy the request.of handling safety.
