摘要
通过文献法、调查法和实验法结合武术的教学,对拓展训练教学模式进行实验研究.结果显示:高校武术课应用拓展训练教学模式对大学生自信心、群体凝聚力和社会适应能力的影响具有显著性差异.研究结论将为高校体育教学改革全面落实"健康第一"的指导思想提供参考.
This paper discusses the experimental study of "outdoor training mode" in Wushu course teaching through the methods of documentary, investigation and experimentation. The result shows that this application plays a great role in affecting students' self - confidence, group cohesion and social adaptive ability, which tends to make a reference to the implementation of "health first" theory in the reform of college physical education.
