摘要
目的:探讨系统护理干预在骨科护理工作中的作用。方法:将我科收治的287例接受手术治疗的骨科病人随机分为试验组、对照组,试验组采用临床护理路径进行护理,对照组行常规护理,并对两组病人行HAMD以及HAMA问卷调查,对病人的疗效进行比较。结果:试验组病人HAMA以及HAMD得分均优于对照组(P<0.05),两组病人治疗效果以及并发症情况比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:骨科病人按临床护理路径进行护理,可有效降低病人心理压力,改善病人预后,提高病人生存质量。
To investigate the effect of system nursing intervention used in orthopedic nursing. Methods ：llae department treateo za i cases ot ortno- pedic surgery were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, experimental group underwent standard clinical care paths for care, routine care control group, and two groups of patients with HAMD and HAMA questionnaire, and to compare the e^caey in patients. Results：The patients with HA- MA and HAMD scores than the control group （P 〈： 0.05 ）, treatment and complications of the experimental group than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Con- clusion：Orthopedic patients according to standard clinical care paths for care work, can effectively reduce the psychological stress of patients,improve pa- tient＇s prognosis and quality of life.
