高应力软岩巷道预应力桁架锚索支护技术 被引量:21

Prestressed truss anchor support technology on high-stress soft rock roadway

摘要 曲江矿212风巷属于深部高应力软岩巷道,原有的"锚索+锚杆+梯子梁+金属网"联合支护并没有从根本上解决大变形问题.通过数值模拟与实践经验,在原有支护的基础上分析了巷道破坏的原因并提出了预应力桁架锚索支护方案.实践表明:预应力桁架锚索与传统锚杆、锚索相比具有抗剪强度高和有效加固两帮减少顶板下沉等优点,能减小塑性区范围,提高围岩的稳定性. The wind lane of Qujiang mine is deep high-stress soft rock roadway,the original joint supporting——"Anchor + bolt + beam +Metal mesh" was not fundamentally solved the problem of large deformation.Through numerical simulation and practical experience,the scheme of prestressed truss anchor support was proposed based on the original joint supporting and the reasons were analysed for the roadway damage.Practice proved that compared to the conventional bolt,cable,the prestressed truss anchor support has advantages of high shear strength and reinforces the surrounding rock to reduce the roof subsidence,and it reduces the damage to the surrounding rock on a large extent,improves the stability of surrounding rock.
