原发性脑干损伤后患者的观察与刺激性护理 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨原发性脑干损伤后的病情观察及刺激性护理。方法:对我院2008年5月~2010年4月收治的86例原发性脑干损伤患者的观察和个性化刺激性护理进行了回顾性分析。结果:痊愈37例,中残18例,重残7例,植物生存2例,死亡22例,无护理并发症出现。结论:有效的刺激性护理、严密观察病情是减少并发症、降低死亡率和致残疾率及促进患者恢复、改善生存质量的重要因素。
