骨盆骨折合并双下肢多发骨折患者的护理

The clinical nursing experience on patients with pelvic fracture combined with double lower limbs multiple fractures

目的:探讨骨盆骨折合并双下肢多发骨折患者的护理。方法:20例患者作为研究对象,在常规护理的基础上,重点加强心理护理、疼痛护理、泌尿系统护理和并发症监测。结果:20例患者经过治疗和护理,均顺利康复,未出现严重并发症。结论:身心综合护理结合并发症监测是非常必要的,对于患者病情顺利康复具有重要意义。

To explore the clinical nursing experience on patients with pelvic fracture combined with double lower limbs multiple fractures. Meth- ods：20 eases of patients as studied object, on base of routine nursing, were emphasized on psychology nursing, pain nursing, urinary system nursing and complications monitoring. Results：By treatment and nursing, all patients cured smoothly, and there was no serious complications happened. Conclusions： Comprehensives nursing of physical and psychological combined with complications monitoring are necessary for patients, it is important meaning for smooth recovery.
