口底多间隙感染伴糖尿病患者的护理

Nursing characteristic of diabetes mellitus patients with cellulitis of the floor of the mouth

目的:探讨糖尿病患者并发口底多间隙感染的临床治疗及护理特点。方法:对我科自2005年1月～2009年8月收治的36例糖尿病并发口底蜂窝织炎患者的发病原因、治疗经过及护理特点进行回顾研究,并对诊疗及护理经验进行总结。结果:36例患者均为糖尿病患者,入院后经给予足量抗菌药物、脓肿切开引流、全身支持疗法、控制血糖等方法,并辅以心理疏导及健康教育,患者全部得到治愈。结论:近年来,口底多间隙感染多发生在糖尿病人群,掌握这一人群疾病的治疗特点,对口底多间隙感染这一严重疾病的治疗起着良好的效果。

To discuss the clinical treatment and nursing characteristics of diabetes mellitus patients who also suffered with eellulitis of the floor of the mouth. Methods ： To review and study the treatment procedure and nursing characteristics for all the 36 patients during Jan. 2005 - Aug. 2009,who suf- fered both diabetes mellitus and cellulitis of the floor of the mouth. Resuhs ： All 36 patients were cured with sufficient antibiotics, cutting and draining the abscess, whole body supportive treatment, control of glucose, psychological conciliation and health education. Conclusion ： In recent years, cellulitis of the floor of the mouth has been frequently diagnosed in diabetes mellitus patients. Mastering the special treatments of this kind of patients will result in a better curing for the patients with serious disease of cellulitis of the floor of the mouth.
