摘要
目的:总结颈内静脉置管中常见的问题,提出相应护理对策。方法:观察2010年6月～2011年5月共36例采用颈内静脉置管化疗的患者。结果:置管成功率100%,无1例发生堵塞、感染,脱离2例,5例穿刺处红肿。结论:颈内静脉置管是反复化疗患者治疗的有效通路,正确的操作及良好的护理是保证置管成功的关键。
To evaluate common problems of internal jugular vein catheters and to propose countermeasures. Methods ： A total of 36 patients from June 2010 to May 20ll were observed with internal jugular vein catheterization when they received chemotherapy. Results：The success rate of catheter 100%, none of blocking, infection, 2 cases of shedding, 5 cases of puncture inflamed. Conclusion ：The internal jugular vein catheters is effective in patients with recurrent chemotherapy access. Correct operation and good care is to ensure that the key to success.
