摘要 对北斗卫星导航射频模块的发射部分进行了分析和研究。介绍了BG2416CX芯片在北斗导航中的应用,并基于RNC2416CX芯片的设计方案,设计并仿真其功率放大器模块。完整地阐述了采用ADS设计工具完成各部分电路的方法,其设计结果优于设计目标,为后期进一步研究北斗导航系统和自主设计北斗导航系统发射部分芯片奠定了基础。 The transmitter of BeiDou RF front end is analyzed and studied,and the application of BG2416CX in compass navigation is introduced.The power amplifier module based on BG2416CX′s design is designed and simulated.The ADS is adopted to complete the various parts of the circuit,the design results are better than the design goal,which provide the basis for the independent design the IC of BeiDou RF front end.
