民办本科高校“工程管理”专业学科方向建设研究

An analysis of the discipline objectives of the engineering management major in non-governmental universities of four-year program

民办本科高校"工程管理"专业学科方向的选择是关系到专业兴衰与可持续发展的攸关大事。通过对我国高层次工程管理人才的培养与社会需求的调研分析,提出民办本科高校"工程管理"专业应确立"以土木工程技术为核心"的学科方向,努力创建跨学科的实用型管理专业。

In non-governmental universities of four-year program,the determination of the discipline objectives of the engineering management major is critical to the rise and fall as well as the sustainable development of the major.Based upon the investigation into the training of and the social requirements for high-level engineering management professionals in China,this paper provides the proposal that the discipline objectives of the engineering management major in non-governmental universities of four-year program should take the civlil engineering technology as the core and manage to create an interdisciplinary and practical major of managment.
