载脂蛋白A5基因多态性与脂类代谢疾病相关性研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 载脂蛋白A5（apoA5）是新近通过蛋白组学技术发现的载脂蛋白家族新成员,与血浆三酰甘油（TG）浓度呈负相关。apoA5基因至少有23个单核苷酸多态性（SNP）位点,其中多个位点的变异影响血浆TG水平,且存在着种族差异。国内外均有针对apoA5基因SNP位点与脂类代谢疾病的报道。
