儿童食物过敏性胃肠病发病机制研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 食物过敏性胃肠病(FAG)又称胃肠道食物过敏,是由食物过敏(FA)导致的一组胃肠道疾病,指特定食物抗原引起的、可能反复发作的、免疫介导的食物不良反应[1]。当足够的食物抗原侵入胃肠道黏膜屏障和(或)各种原因(基因和环境因素)致机体免疫机制紊乱时,就可能引起FAG。
