氨基末端脑钠肽前体、红细胞分布宽度与慢性心力衰竭严重程度的关系 被引量:10

Relationship between N-terminal portion of pro-brain natriuretic peptide,red cell distribution width and the severity of chronic heart failure

摘要 目的探讨慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、红细胞分布宽度(RDW)与纽约心脏病学会(NYHA)心功能分级的关系,以及NT-proBNP与RDW之间的相关性。方法 80例CHF患者按NYHA心功能分级分为NYⅡ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级;以30例体检健康者作为对照组。采用电化学发光免疫分析技术检测血浆NT-proBNP,全自动血细胞分析仪测定全血RDW。结果 CHF组NT-proBNP、RDW水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),且随NYHA心功能分级增高而逐渐升高(P<0.05)。CHF组NT-proBNP水平与RDW呈正相关(r=0.65,P<0.05)。结论 NT-proBNP和RDW与CHF患者心力衰竭程度密切相关,可用于CHF临床诊断及分级。 Objective To explore the relationship between N-terminal portion of pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),red cell distribution width(RDW) in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF) and New York heart association(NYHA) cardiac grading,and the correlation between NT-proBNP and RDW.Methods Electric chemical luminescence immunoassay and auto blood cell analyzer were applied to detect NT-proBNP and RDW respectively in 80 CHF patients(CHF group),divided into three groups(NY Ⅱ,NY Ⅲ and NY Ⅳ) by NYHA classification and 30 healthy controls(control group).Results The levels of NT-proBNP and RDW were significantly elevated in CHF group as compared with control group(P0.05),and their levels increased with the deterioration of heart failure according to the NYHA classification(P0.05).NT-proBNP level was positively correlated with RDW in CHF group(r=0.65,P0.05).Conclusion NT-proBNP and RDW levels might have close relationships with the severity of heart failure,and could be effective indications for the diagnosis and classification of CHF.
