国外转行从教者职业认同的构建及其困境

摘要 从其它职业转行从事教师职业的现象在国外司空见惯。在他们从事教师职业之前一般要进行职前师范教育,目前国内外对这些职业转换师范生的职业认同经历研究甚少。本文借用综述形式,述评职业转换师范生构建职业认同的影响因素及其面临的困境。
