复合非淀粉多糖酶与植酸酶组合使用对蛋鸡生产性能和氮、磷消化率的影响 被引量:1

摘要 将34周龄新罗曼蛋鸡1 200只分为对照组、试验1组(添加植酸酶)、试验2组(添加复合NSP酶制剂)和试验3组(同时添加复合NSP酶制剂和植酸酶),研究复合非淀粉(NSP)多糖酶与植酸酶组合使用对蛋鸡生产性能和日粮氮、磷消化率的影响。结果显示,试验3组蛋重指标显著高于对照组和试验1组(P<0.05)。试验3组料蛋比显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验2、3组蛋鸡的日粮氮表观消化率无显著差异(P>0.05),但显著高于对照组和试验1组(P<0.05)。试验1、3组磷表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,酶类全、酶活性高的复合NSP酶制剂和植酸酶组合使用,能显著提高蛋鸡产蛋性能,协同改善蛋鸡对杂粕型日粮的氮磷利用率,降低氮磷排泄污染。 To study the effects of non-starch polysaccharide complex enzymes(NSP) and phytase on egg yield production and digestibility of nitrogen and phosphor of laying hens,one thousand and two hundred roman laying hens at age of 34 weeks were designed to four treatment groups,including the control treatment,group 1(addition of phytase),group 2(addition of NSP enzymes),and group 3(addition of NSP enzymes and phytase).The results showed that the group 3 layers yielded the higher egg weights than those of the control and group 1,and group 3 had the lower ratio of feed intake to egg weight than those of the control(P〈0.05).The apparent digestibility of nitrogen for group 2 and 3 were no differences(P〈0.05),and were higher than those of the control and group 1(P〉0.05).As for the apparent digestibility of total phosphor,group 1 and 3 were higher than those of the control(P〈0.05).These findings suggested the addition of NSP enzymes and phytase in layer diets could enhance the egg yield and the diet digestibility of nitrogen and phosphor,and reduce the nitrogen and phosphor release by improving feed efficiency.
