教师的三种职业道德境界:从教、敬教、乐教

Three Realms of Teachers’Professional Moralities: Teaching, Respecting Teaching, Enjoying Teaching

在教育活动中,教师会呈现出不同的状态,取得不同的工作成效,造成这种差异的最主要原因是教师职业道德境界不同。基于此,可以把教师职业道德境界从低到高依次划分为从教境界、敬教境界、乐教境界。教师在职业劳动中表现出来的道德品行,在很大程度上影响青少年一代的道德风貌。因此,分析教师不同的职业道德境界,对提高教师的工作效度和促进教育事业的发展将具有重要的现实意义。

Teachers’professional moralities can be classified into three realms： teaching, respecting teaching and enjoying teaching. It is of great importance to analyze teachers’professional moralities in order to improve work efficiency and education.
