传统工业型城市城乡统筹发展水平实证分析——以株洲市为例

Empirical Study on Urban-Rural Coordinating Development of Traditional Industrial City:A Case Study of Zhuzhou

以传统工业型城市——株洲市为例,引入"城乡统筹发展度"概念,构建了城乡统筹发展评价指标体系,利用方差法对指标进行客观赋权,定量测定了株洲市城乡统筹发展水平。基于评价结果,利用灰色关联法,对制约株洲市城乡统筹发展水平的影响因素进行了定量分析。研究结果表明,现阶段经济因素是株洲市城乡统筹发展水平最重要的制约因素,社会因素与人口因素次之,环境因素的影响最小。

With a traditional industrial city of Zhuzhou as an example, introduces the concept of ＂the urban-rural harmonious development degree＂ and sets up the urban-rural harmonious development evaluation index system. By means of the variance method gives each index objective weighting and quantitatively determines the urban-rural harmonious development degree of the city. Based on the evaluation results, uses the grey correlation to analyze the affecting factors that restrain the level of urban-rural harmonious development. The research shows that： at the present stage, the economic factor is the most important limiting factor, the social and demographic factor takes the second place, and the environmental factor has the least influence.
