摘要 对各个领域的业务流程软件进行归纳分析的基础上,给出了业务流程管理软件(BPM软件)的可信性定义,并构建了制造业的BPM软件可信性评估指标体系。详细介绍了利用模糊层次分析法对BPM软件的可信性进行评估的方法。通过采用模糊层次分析法与层次分析法对BPM软件进行评估比较,结果表明:模糊层次分析法评估BPM软件的计算量更小,实用性更强。 Induces and analyzes the business process management software (BPM) in various fields. Presents the credibility definition of BPM software and constructs the BPM credibility evaluation index system of manufacture industry. Introduces in detail the BPM credibility evaluation method with fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP), and through the comparison of BPM evaluation by means of FAHP and AHP, it shows that BPM software evaluation of FAPH has smaller calculation and is more practical.
