呼和浩特蒙、汉族正常Bolton指数的比较研究

Measurement study on Bolton index of Mongolia and Han adolescents'normal occlusion in Hohhot

目的探讨内蒙古呼和浩特市蒙古族、汉族青少年正常Bolton指数与民族及性别之间的关系,为该地区蒙古族人群正畸治疗的临床诊断及设计提供参考依据。方法选择符合Andrans正常六项标准的青少年300例,蒙古族、汉族男、女各75例。对模型进行测量,计算每组模型的Bolton指数,并进行民族、性别间的比较。结果蒙古族女性前牙比值为(78.36±3.11)%,全牙比值为(91.77±3.20)%;蒙古族男性前牙比值为(77.96±2.82)%,全牙比值为(90.59±7.02)%。汉族女性前牙比值为(78.12±3.90)%,全牙比值为(91.86±3.00)%;汉族男性前牙比值为(78.66±3.12)%,全牙比为值为(91.94±2.81)%。结论蒙古族、汉族男性前牙比及全牙比与女性比较都存在差异;蒙古族男性前牙比、全牙比与汉族比较有显著性差异;蒙古族女性前牙比、全牙与汉族比较无显著性差异。

Objective It is to observe the Bolton＇s index of Mongolian and Han adolescents that live in Hohhot,work out the different of ethnic groups and genders as well as discrepancy of it,and afford reference for the diagnosis,design and treatment effect of clinical orthodontics.Methods Three hundreds patients with Andrews＇ six keys to normal occlusal were selected,Mongolian and Han,male and female were 75 cases for each group.The Bolton index of each type was calculated,and then the different between ethnic groups and genders was compared.Results Anterior ratio for Mongolian female was（78.36±3.11）%,and the overall ratio was（91.77±3.20）%;anterior ratio for Mongolian male was（77.96±2.82）%,and the overall ratio was（90.59±7.02）%.Anterior ratio for Han female was（78.12±3.90）%,and the overall ratio was（91.86±3.00）%;anterior ratio for Han male was（78.66±3.12）%,and the overall ratio was（91.94±2.81）%.Conclusion There are differences between male and female in anterior ratio and overall ratio of Mongolian and Han.There are differences between Mongolian male and Han male in anterior ratio and overall ratio.There is no difference between Mongolian female and Han female in anterior ratio and overall ratio.
