方家山核电工程EPC模式下的测量管理

Survey Management under EPC Mode in Fangjiashan Nuclear Power Project

随着国内核电站大规模的建设,核电项目管理模式正在从传统模式转变为EPC管理模式,与传统管理模式相比,EPC模式下的测量管理更加严格。本文结合方家山核电工程,从仪器动态管理资质、测量安全管理、质量控制、进度控制、组织协调等诸多方面进行阐述EPC模式下的测量管理。

Abstract： As nuclear power plants are massively built in China, the management mode of nuclear power project is changing from the traditional mode to the EPC mode. Compared with the traditional mode, the survey management is stricter for the EPC mode. Taking Fan^iashan nuclear power proj~ as an example, this article expounds the survey management under EPC mode from the management of license, instrument, survey safety, quality and schedule control, organization and coordination, and so on.
