捷克地缘政治思想之争

Paradigm Conflicts :Czech's Political Thoughts on Geopolitics and Anti-Geopolitics

文章通过梳理近现代捷克民族精英对地缘政治范式的思考历程,指出两者在捷克民族政治思想史中的对立性。面对国家身处欧陆夹缝的困境,反地缘政治学派则从道德政治的制高点对地缘政治的权力逻辑进行鞭挞,展示出捷克民族追求真理、正义和谋求独立、自由的民族精神取向。因此,反地缘政治学在捷克政治主流思想中占主导地位,但是在国家面临重大历史转折时期,地缘政治思潮总是不同程度地"回归"政治舞台。传统地缘政治学派坚持国家的统一性与对德国的斗争性,持不同政见者则表现出亲斯拉夫的意识形态取向,而捷克官方最终选择"和平分手、重返西方"的政策实践作为对地缘政治之争的历史性了断。

The paper draws on the distinction between geopolitics and anti - geopolitics through combing the modern Czech national elite＇s thinking on those two paradigms. It argues that the dominant tradition of Czech political thought is anti - geopolitical and geopolitics will return as long as Czech meets with great historic point and change of territory map. Among cracks of big neighboring countris since its foundation, the anti - geopolitical national elite whipped and struggled on geopolitical hegemony logic from its moral politics which reveals Czech~ national spirit of pursuit of truth, justice, independent and liberation. From above, it also highlights the thought resources of Czech~ anti - geopolitical complex and complicated policy - orientation. Geopolitical school persist in the unification of the country and the struggle with German, the dissidents show pro - Slav ideology orientation, and Czech official geopo- litical practice is to ＂break up peacefully, back to the western＂ for historically ending the conflict between geopolitics and anti - geopolitics.
