摘要
运用非参数DEA的Malmquist指数方法,测算2004—2008年32个国家的农业集约化经营的全要素生产率变动情况,并从技术效率和技术进步两个方面对其进行分解和研究,在此基础上,进一步分析全要素生产率指数的收敛性。结果表明,大多数国家的全要素生产率的提高是由技术进步推动的,但中国的TFP增长主要是技术效率水平的提高,且主要来自规模效率的提高。中国的技术进步变化指数先降低后上升,但总体呈现出明显的技术衰退,其对全要素生产率的提高贡献率不大。这32个国家的全要素生产率同时存在绝对β收敛和条件β收敛,最终将收敛于同一均衡水平上。
With Malmquist index of nonparametric DEA,the article measures the total factor productivity of agricultural intensification of 32 countries between 2004 and 2008,studies the efficiency of agricultural intensification from the two aspects of technical efficiency and technical progress,and further analyzes the convergence of total factor productivity index.The empirical results indicated that most countries’total factor productivity growth depended on technical progress,while China’s total factor productivity growth depended on technical efficiency,and mainly stemmed from scale efficiency.The technical progress index of China first decreased and then increased,but it generally had a clear decline,which contributed little to total factor productivity growth.There existed absolute and conditional β convergence in total factor productivity of the 32 countries,which eventually converged at the same equilibrium level.
