通窍活血汤治疗血管性痴呆的临床研究

Clinical investigation of effect of Tongqiaohuoxuetang on vascular dementia

目的观察通窍活血汤治疗血管性痴呆(VD)的临床疗效。方法将160例VD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各80例,在基础治疗方案上对照组给予石杉碱甲口服,治疗组用通窍活血汤治疗。2组在治疗1个月后以简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分判断疗效,并检测治疗前后事件相关电位P300变化。结果治疗组总有效率76.3%,对照组总有效率77.5%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组事件相关电位P300潜伏期较治疗前缩缩短,波幅升高(均P<0.05),但2组治疗后比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后MMSE评分较治疗前均显著提高(P<0.05),但2组治疗后比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通窍活血汤治疗VD疗效确切,事件相关电位P300有助于诊断VD并检测症状改善程度。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tongqiaohuoxuetang on Vascular dementia.Methods 160 patients with vascular dementia were randomly allocated into two groups which received foundation treatment.80 cases in the treatment group received Tongqiaohuoxuetang and 80 cases in the control group orally received Huperzine.The effects were evaluated with MMSE after a month of treatment,P300 detection also used before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 76.3%,the control group was 77.5%,MMSE score and P300 detection in both the treatment group and the control group significantly improved before and after treatment,there is no statistically significant between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Tongqiaohuoxuetang has curative effect on vascular dementia;P300 detection can contribute to the diagnosis vascular dementia and detection of symptoms improvement.
