针药结合治疗脑出血后吞咽障碍80例临床观察

Clinical observation of acupuncture combined with medication in the treatment of dysphagia post-cerebral hemorrhage

目的观察针药结合治疗脑出血后吞咽障碍患者的临床疗效。方法将160例脑出血后吞咽障碍患者随机分为2组。对照组80例采用西医内科基础治疗及康复训练,治疗组80例在对照组基础上予自拟吞咽合剂和针刺疗法治疗。连续治疗2个月后对2组患者治疗前后吞咽功能进行洼田氏饮水试验评分比较,并观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率97.5%,对照组总有效率85.0%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组;2组治疗后洼田氏饮水试验评分与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后洼田氏饮水试验评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组改善吞咽功能情况优于对照组;2组治疗期间并发肺部感染的情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针药结合治疗脑出血后吞咽障碍临床疗效确切,可明显改善吞咽困难症状,提高患者生活质量,增强免疫力,减少了肺部感染的发生率,方法安全可靠,无药物毒副作用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with medication in the treatment of dysphagia post-cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 160 patients were divided into two groups.80 patients in control group were treated by internal medicine foundation treatment and rehabilitation training.80 patients in treatment group were treated by acupuncture,medication,internal medicine foundation treatment combined with rehabilitation training.The changes of swallowing function score before and after treatment were compared and effect was evaluated two month later.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（97.5%） was higher than that in controlgroup（85.0%,P0.05）.There was obvious difference between before and after treatment on Kubota＇s water test evaluation after treatment in two groups（P0.05）.There was obvious difference between two groups on Kubota＇s water test evaluation after treatment（P0.05）.Swallowing function score in treatment group was superior to that in control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with medication has obvious effect on dysphagia post-cerebral hemorrhage,can improve symptom of dysphagia,enhance life quality of patients and improve immunity for reducing the incidence of lung infections.It is safety and no side effect.
