清热化浊利湿法联合炉甘石洗剂治疗湿疹50例临床观察

Treatment of eczema with therapy of clearing heat and resolving turbidity for promoting urination combined with calamine lotion

目的观察清热化浊利湿法联合炉甘石洗剂治疗为湿热内蕴、湿重于热型湿疹的临床疗效。方法将100例湿疹患者随机分为2组,治疗组50例予清热化浊利湿中药口服,对照组予氯雷他定片口服,同时2组均外用炉甘石洗剂治疗。2组均治疗30 d后,根据湿疹面积及严重度指数评分法(EASI)进行积分比较,并观察疗效。结果 2组治疗后EASI积分与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后EASI积分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率94%,对照组总有效率36%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论清热化浊利湿法治疗湿热内蕴、湿重于热型湿疹临床疗效显著,不易复发,副作用小,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of therapy of clearing heat and resolving turbidity for promoting urination combined with calamine lotion on eczema with endoretention of damp heat and dominant damp over heat type.Methods 100 cases of eczema were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group received loratadine tablets.50 cases in treatment group were treated by Chinese herb for clearing heat and resolving turbidity for promoting urination.Patients in two groups were all treated with calamine lotion.The area of eczema and score of EASI were compared after 30 days＇ treatment.Results There was significant difference between before after treatment on score of EASI（P0.05） in two groups.The total effective rate in treatment group（94%） was higher than that in control group（36%,P0.05）.Conclusion Therapy of clearing heat and resolving turbidity for promoting urination has significant effect,less recurrence and side effects on the treatment of eczema with endretention of damp heat and dominant damp over heat type,is worthy of clinical application.
