高效液相色谱法测量创舒洗剂中盐酸小檗碱含量

Determination of berberine hydrochloride in Chuangshu lotion by HPLC

目的建立高效液相色谱法测量创舒洗剂中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Waters C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾(磷酸调pH=3),检测波长为265 nm。结果盐酸小檗碱含量在0.176～1.056μg,在范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为95.99%(RSD=1.7%,n=6)。结论该方法简单、快速、准确,可以作为创舒洗剂中盐酸小檗碱含量的测量。

Objective To develop a method to determine the content of the berberine hydrochloride in Chuangshu Lotion by HPLC.Methods HPLC was adopted with column Waters C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05mol/L KH2PO4（pH=3） and the detection wavelength was at 265 nm.Results The linear relationship of the berberine hydrochloride was good in the range of 0.176～1.056 μg（r=0.999 8）,and the average recovery was 95.99%（RSD=1.7%,n=6）.Conclusion The method was simple.fast and accurate,and can be used for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in ChuangShu lotion.
