摘要 趋化因子是促炎症趋化细胞因子类家族成员之一,它在许多生理和病理过程中有重要作用。研究发现趋化因子CXCL12和受体CXCR4广泛表达于组织和器官,与膀胱肿瘤细胞的黏附、侵袭、增殖和生存有关。通过阐明CXCL12/CXCR4生物学轴和膀胱肿瘤的关系,以便寻找有利于疾病治疗的新途径。 Chemokine is a member of the large family of pro-inflammatory chemotactic cytokines,which plays a very important role in many physiological and pathological processes.CXCL12 and its receptor CXCR4 were demonstrated to be widely expressed in a broad array of tissues and organs.Related studies suggested that CXCL12/CXCR4 axis was related to the adhesion,invasion,proliferation and survival of bladder tumor cells.Elucidating the relationship between the CXCL12/CXCR4 axis and bladder tumor is helpful to find a new way to treat the disease.
