黄韧带肥厚机制研究进展

Progress of Research on Mechanism of Ligamentum Flavum Hypertrophy

黄韧带退变主要表现为肥厚、骨化、钙化病变。黄韧带肥厚的病理学表现主要是:弹性纤维含量减少、直径不均匀、排列紊乱,胶原纤维增生。一般认为,黄韧带的退行性改变同年龄增长、机械损伤、代谢异常和家族遗传等众多因素密切相关。最近的研究表明,转化生长因子β、白细胞介素6、白细胞介素8、血管源性生长因子、环氧合酶2、骨形态发生蛋白、基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子、金属蛋白酶等因子在黄韧带退变中有重要的作用。

The degeneration of ligamentum flavum mainly involves thickness,ossification and calcified lesions.And the pathology of ligamentum flavum hypertrophy consists of decreasement of elastic fibers,uniformity of diameters of elastic fibers,disorderly distribution of elastic fibers and increasement of collagen fibers.The degeneration of ligamentum flavum is closely correlated with age,mechanical damage,metabolic disorders and other factors such as genetics.The recent research shows that factors such as transforming growth factor-β,interleukin-6,interleukin-8,vascular endothelial growth factor,cyclooxygenase-2,bone morphogenetic protein,inhibiting factor of metalloproteinase,metalloproteases play important roles in the degeneration of ligamentum flavum.
