藻酸钙敷料对复杂性肛瘘术后创面愈合作用临床疗效观察

Prospective Study of Use of Alginate Calcium Dressing after Surgery of Anal Fistula

目的观察藻酸钙敷料对促进复杂性肛瘘术后创面的愈合作用。方法将30例肛瘘术后患者随机分为治疗组(15例)和对照组(15例),分别给予藻酸钙伤口敷料和传统红油膏纱条于肛瘘术后创面换药至痊愈。观察两组创面愈合天数、创面渗液情况、创面疼痛级别、换药时间和治疗满意度等指标。结果治疗组创面渗液量减少的时间短于对照组,且脓腐脱尽的时间也更短,创面愈合时间缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);换药时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在减少创面渗液、渗血、疼痛及提高临床治疗满意度等方面亦优于对照组。结论藻酸钙伤口敷料具有促进复杂性肛瘘术后创面修复的作用。

Objective To observe the healing-promoting effect of alginate calcium dressing after anal complex fistula surgery.Methods 30 patients with complex anal fistula after surgery were randomly divided into treatment group（15 cases）and control group（15 cases）：the treatment group was given calcium alginate wound dressings and the control group was given traditional red ointment gauze dressing on the wounds till healed.Days of wound healing,wound exudates situation,wound pain level,dressing time and treatment satisfaction and other indicators were observed.Results The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in reducing wound exudate,bleeding,removing rot myogenic,reducing pain and shortening the time for dressing,reducing healing time,improving the clinical treatment satisfaction（P0.05）.Conclusion Calcium alginate wound dressings has the effect of promoting complex anal fistula wound healing after surgery.
