摘要
目的检测分析置入性导管相关的细菌感染中病原菌的构成及其生物被膜形成的情况。方法对引起感染的导管表面刮取物进行分离、培养及菌种鉴定,同时用阿利新蓝-刚果红染色法观察细菌生物被膜的形成情况,分析两者间的关系。结果气管插管中的病原菌以铜绿假单胞菌为主,导尿管内大肠埃希菌检出率最高,感染导管表面细菌生物被膜形成的阳性率为50.28%(89/177),其中铜绿假单胞菌成膜率最高70.42%(50/71)。结论导管相关性细菌感染的病原体以革兰阴性杆菌为主,容易形成生物被膜是其重要因素,阿利新蓝-刚果红染色法简便快速,可用于细菌生物被膜的初步观察和检测。
Objective To investigate the pathogen associated infection of insertion cathter and their bacterial biofilm forming.Methods The pathogen in insertion catheter were isolated and cultured after removing catheter,and stained with Alcian Blue-Congo red to detect bacterial biofilm.Then the relationship of pathogen with associated infection of catheter and bacterial biofilm was analyzed.Results The positive ratio of bacterial biofilm in insertion catheter was 50.28%(89/177).Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA),E.coli and Coagulase-negative staphylococci(CNS)were the main pathogens associated infection of insertion catheter.The positive ratio of biofilm of PA is highest(70.42%).The staining method can be used to observe the bacterial biofilm in insertion catheter.Conclusion The Gram-negative bacteria is more often detected in associated infection of insertion catheter and their bacterial biofilm is on important pathogenic factor.The Alcian blue-Congored staining technique is convenient and fast that can be used in biofilm preliminary observation and deteeion.
