摘要 目的通过对透析患者进行综合治疗,评估患者治疗前后的营养状况。方法选取40例尿毒症维持性血液透析患者,监测患者治疗前后的血红蛋白水平、血脂水平、血清蛋白、血清转铁蛋白,透析前后的肾功能等指标。结果经综合治疗后,透析患者的血红蛋白、总胆固醇、血清蛋白、血清转铁蛋白等营养指标均明显改善。结论营养不良是透析患者常见的一种并发症,可以增加患者的病死率,综合治疗可以明显改善患者的血红蛋白、血脂、血清蛋白、血清转铁蛋白等营养指标,提高患者的生活质量。 Objective To evaluate the nutrition status in hemodialysis patients before and after comprehensive treatments.Methods The nutritional status of 40 hemodialysis patients was monitored by the indexes such as hemoglobin level,blood lipid level,serum protein,serum transferring,and renal function before and after dialysis.Results The nutritional status of hemodialysis patients were greatly improved in the index of hemoglobin,total cholesterol,serum protein and serum transferrin after the comprehensive intervention.Conclusion Malnutrition is a common complication seen in hemodialysis patients,which may increase the mortality,while comprehensive treatment can obviously improve the nutritional indexes such as hemoglobin,blood lipid,serum protein and serum transferrin etc.,and improve quality of life of the patients.
