摘要
目的探讨两种不同的精子冷冻保护剂TYB和HSPM对人精子复苏后前向运动百分率(a+b)%的影响。方法 25例禁欲2～7 d的健康男性精液同时采用两种冷冻保护剂进行冷冻,比较复苏后精子的前向运动百分率。结果冷冻前精子的前向运动百分率平均为(58.4±6.2)%,TYB和HSPM冷冻保护后复苏精子的前向运动百分率平均分别为(45.2±5.2)%和(42.5±4.6)%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 TYB和HSPM对冷冻后复苏精子的前向运动无影响。
Objective To study the influence of two cryoprotective agents TYB and HSPM on recovery activities of frozen sperm.Methods Sperms of 25 healthy men with abstinence for 2-7 days were cryopreservedwith two cryoprotectants,the percentages of forward movement of the sperm after recovery were compared.Results The average of sperm motility rate before freezing（58.4±6.2）%,average motility percentage of TYB and HSPM frozen sperm after recovery was（45.2±5.2）% and（42.5±4.6）% respectively,no significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion TYB and HSPM have no influence on sperm forward movement after recovery from frozen.
