摘要
目的观察三乙醇胺乳膏在乳腺癌患者术后辅助放疗放射性皮肤损伤的预防及治疗效果。方法 76例乳腺患者随机分为两组,每组38例,对照组采用常规放疗护理方法,治疗组除采用常规放疗护理方法之外,治疗期间照射区外涂三乙醇胺乳膏。结果在累积剂量为10 Gy及25 Gy时,治疗组放射性皮肤损伤发生率低于对照组。两组放射性损伤程度差别有统计学意义,治疗组放射性损伤程度低于对照组。结论三乙醇胺乳膏能有效地降低乳腺癌放疗患者放射性皮肤损伤的程度,适于在乳腺癌患者放疗中应用。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of trolamine cream in the prevention and treatment of acute radioactive dermatitis in patients with breast cancer after operation.Methods Trolamine cream was used on the basis on the conventional radiotherapy nursing method in patients for prevention and treatment of radiation dermatitis in 38 cases in the treatment group,while another 38 cases in the control group were given conventional radiotherapy nursing method.Results In the cumulative dose of 10 Gy and 25 Gy,the radiation dermatitis in the treatment group was lower than the control group,and the difference of dermatitis severity between the two groups was of statistical significance,i.e.les serious in the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion Trolamine cream can effectively lower radiation response in skin in breast cancer patients after modified mastectomy,thus is applicable in the radiotherapy for breast cancers.
