黄金水位栽培法在设施育苗上的应用研究

Application Research of Golden Drainage Line Cultivation Method on Seedling Raising under Facilities

为研究黄金水位栽培法在设施育苗上的应用,实现根系生长发育的最优控制,开展了不同水位下彩叶草、吉祥草、水稻等植物的扦插和直播育苗试验。试验结果表明,黄金水位(0.6开孔)扦插的彩叶草壮苗指数、发根数、发根长、根球直径、根球体积、鲜质量极显著高于对照(无孔),基茎粗、干质量显著高于对照;黄金水位栽培的吉祥草鲜质量、干质量、绿叶数、苗高显著高于有底孔栽培;黄金水位栽培显著促进了孔雀草的矮壮、多花;黄金水位栽培的稻秧发根数显著高于水位0.81和1.00的处理,极显著高于水位0.13处理。

To study the application of the golden drainage line cultivation method on the seedling raising under facilities,and to realize the optimum control of the root growth and development,the cuttage and direct seeding experiment of Coleus blumei,Reineckia carnea and rice with different drainage lines was carried out.The results showed that,planted by the golden drainage line cuttage method,the seedling index,root number,root length,diameter and volume of the root ball,fresh weight of Coleus blumei were very significantly higher than those of the control,and the bottom stem diameter and dry weight were significantly higher than those of the control.And planted by the golden drainage line cuttage method,the fresh weight,dry weight,leaf number,plant height of Reineckia carnea were significantly higher than those planted in the pots with bottom holes.The golden drainage line cultivation method significantly promoted the stocky and multiflorous of Tagetes patula.Planted by the golden drainage line cultivation,the root number of rice was significantly higher than those of the treatments with the proportion of the ventilation to the waterlogging of 0.8∶0.2 and 1∶0,and it was very significantly higher than that of the treatment with the proportion of 0.13∶0.87.
