基于空间矢量脉冲宽度调制的有源电力滤波器死区补偿研究

摘要 为了防止逆变器同一桥臂上、下两个开关器件发生直通故障而设置的死区时间使得逆变器无法对指令电流实现精确跟踪,影响有源电力滤波器(APF)的补偿效果,对死区效应的影响进行分析。结合空间矢量控制方法的特点,提出了一种简单、有效的脉冲直接补偿方法。该方法能够精确地消除死区效应的影响,并通过Matlab建立APF的仿真模型。仿真结果验证了该补偿方法的有效性。 The dead-time, which is set to avoid the direct connection between the upper and low switching ele- ment in the same bridge arm of the inverter, can not make inverter achieve precise tracking of instruction current which affects the compensation of active power filter. By the analysis of the dead-time influence and the feature of SVPWM, a simple and effective direct pulse compensation method was proposed. The Matlab simulation proves the effectiveness of the method.
