摘要 针对铜板带冷轧机用于铜卷退火的罩式炉生产工艺及控制要求,设计了以S7-300 PLC为核心的罩式炉自动控制系统。介绍了罩式炉退火生产的工艺流程。分析了系统的硬件配置和软件设计,并在工艺的要求下,通过智能温控仪表FP93实现了罩式炉的高精度温度控制;将现场总线技术和以太网技术相结合,利用组态软件,实现了上位机的监控与管理。实践证明,系统满足了日常生产需求,具有自动化程度高、可靠性强、管理简单、方便等特点。 According to the craft process and control requirement for the annealing of copper strip, the control system based on S7-300 PLC was designed. The control process of bell-type annealing was introduced, the hardware configuration and software design were described. Then, by the use of intelligent temperature controller FP93, the high precision temperature control was realized. The configuration software was used to realize the PC monitoring and management system, combining Fieldbus with industrial Ethernet. The production practice shows that the system can meet the requirements, and has advantages of high automaticity, good reliability, and convenience of management.
