摘要
通过对肛瘘不同检查方法的优缺点分析,探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)对肛瘘病变临床诊断的价值。MSCT对于肛瘘的发现率、分型的准确率、肛周脓肿的发现率及支管的检出率均很高,且检查方法简单、经济、无创伤,为肛瘘的诊断提供更丰富、更有推广价值的信息图像。
By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of different examination methods for anal fistula,the value of multislice spiral CT in clinical diagnosis of anal fistula is discussed.The discovery rate of anal fistula,classification accuracy,the discovery rate of perianal abscess and the detection rate of branch pipe are high by MSCT.The method is simple,economic and noninvasive.It provides more abundant and more worthy information image to the diagnosis of anal fistula.
