A Drought Degree Evaluation Method Based on the Artificial Neural Network

在干旱识别的基础上 ,采用人工神经网络技术 ,提出了一个干旱程度的评估模型 ,并经海河流域的实际应用表明 ,该方法简单易行 。

In this paper, based on the identification of the drought phenomenon, an evaluating model of the drought degree is developed by using the technique of the artificial neural network. The model is applied in the Haihe River basin. The results show that the method is simpler and more effective, and can provide a new way for the drought research.
