摘要
通过探讨不同助剂、不同消光树脂含量对聚氯乙烯(PVC)材料性能的影响,研制了一种消光医用PVC材料,并将其与袋式输液器上常用的5402分液袋(MF)料在力学、化学、生物性能方面进行了比较,结果表明:当消光树脂/PVC的份数比为40 6∶0时可达到很好的消光效果,加入40份消光树脂后,提高了材料的断裂伸长率和韧性,低温韧性(-20℃)也有所提高;与5402分液袋料相比,研制的消光PVC材料在力学性能、化学性能、生物性能上均较优。
By investigating the effects of different additives and different contents of extinction resin on material properties of PVC, developed a medical extinction PVC material, and compared with the common 5402 MF material in the mechanical, chemical and biological properties. The results showed well extinction when the ratio of extinction resin/PVC was 40:60. The elongation at break and toughness of the material as well as the low temperature toughness ( - 20℃ ) were improved by adding 40 phr extinction resin. Compared with the 5402 MF, the extinction PVC material had better mechanical, chemical and biological property.
