教育技术专业人才培养新方向——由企业大学的快速发展引发的思考

The New Direction of the Personnel Training of Educational Technology——Thinking About the Rapid Development of Corporate Universities

当前高校毕业生就业难的问题越来越突出,这一问题也引发了教育技术领域学者对人才培养的深入思考,而企业大学的快速发展给教育技术专业人才培养带来了新的方向。文章分析比较了中美教育技术专业人才培养方向,探讨了我国企业大学人才培养存在的问题,最后详细阐述了教育技术专业人才面向企业大学的三个培养方向及其在企业大学中各自的职能。

Now,there＇re more and more employment problems of high school graduates,which has led scholars in the field of educational technology to think the personnel training deeply,and the rapid development of corporate universities has brought a new direction to the personnel training of educational technology.This paper analyzed and compared personnel training directions of educational technology at home and abroad,investigated problems of corporate universities personnel training in China,then elaborated three directions of the personnel training of educational technology towards to corporate universities and their specific functions in corporate universities.
