循证护理在减少产后出血发生中的应用

Experience in Evidence-Based Nursing Application in the Decrease of Postpartum Hemorrhage Incidence

目的探讨循证护理对产妇分娩后出血发生率的影响。方法以本院2008～2009年进行常规护理的易发产后出血病例为常规护理组;以2010年～2011年采用循证护理的易发产后出血病例为循证护理组,统计并比较分析每组易发产后出血孕妇的发生率。结果实施循证护理的产妇产后出血的发生率较常规护理者显著下降(P<0.01)。结论实行循证护理能显著减少产妇产后出血发生率,并改善其预后。

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on the incidence of Postpartum Hemorrhage. Methods The cases with high risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage in the 2008~2009,which received traditional nursing care,served as the control group;the cases with high risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage in the 2010~2011,which received evidence-based nursing care（EBN）,served as the observed group;The data were statistically analysed.Results By statistical analysis,the data showed that the incidence rate of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was less than that of the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Bringing EBN into higher risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage decreased the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage.
