摘要
电力、电子设备产生的电磁干扰往往会超过可接受的水平,所以要利用滤波电路来降低它们所产生的EMI。这些滤波电路由串联扼流圈和并联电容器构成低通滤波器,文章对EMI滤波元件的高频特性进行分析,给出了电容、电感、电阻等的高频特性、等效电路以及仿真曲线。得出的结论体现出与工频下不同的特性,对滤波设计有重要的指导意义。
Electromagnetic interference generated by power and electronic devices often exceed unacceptable levels, so filter circuits are needed to reduce EMI. The filter circuits consist of capacitors in parallel and choke in seties. The paper analyzes on the high frequency characteristics of EMI filter, and gives the capacitance, inductance, resistance and other high -frequency characteristics, equivalent circuit and simulation curve. The conclusion reflects the different characteristics on different levels of frequency and has an important significance for the filter design.
