摘要
本文针对某型号产品减速机波纹管联轴器故障现象,采用故障树方法对联轴器故障原因进行定位,确定了其故障点。对联轴器夹紧端进行预紧应力分析计算,剖析故障机理,确定夹紧端预变形槽应力过大是导致故障的根本原因,并通过故障复现进行了验证。采取在联轴器夹紧端增加环形应力槽的方法进行了改进,达到满意的效果。
For the fault of one style reducer bellows shaft coupling, The paper orients the fault reason using tree method and finally confirms the fault point. Through simulating the preload stress of shaft coupling clamping fault place and analying the fault mechanism,this paper confirms the clamping place excess stress is the essential reason leading to fault and validates the conclusion by fault repetition. By the improvement on adding stress toric slot at the end of the counling, the effect of the imnroved counling is verv satisfied
