摘要 针对国内缺乏光纤连接器失效机理研究的现状,分析了户外、水下和军事应用背景下光纤连接器的典型环境条件及其可靠性问题。对光纤连接器进行了失效模式、机理及影响分析(FMMEA),为光纤连接器基于失效物理的可靠性设计分析相关研究奠定基础,并对光纤连接器可靠性验证相关的试验标准和预计标准进行了分析。分析结果表明,目前的标准及方法无法对光纤连接器进行准确的可靠性验证,需要进一步深入研究光纤连接器的失效规律,并建立其失效机理模型。 As the researches of failure mechanisms of optical fiber connectors are absent, the typical application environmental conditions and reliability issues, including outdoor, underwater and military are studied. Failure mode, mechanism and effect analysis (FMMEA) of optical fiber connectors is presented, which contributes to the physics of failure - based reliability research. Test standards and reliability prediction handbooks for reliability verification of optical fiber connectors are summarized. The result shows that exiting standards and methods can not predict the reliability of optical fiber connectors correctly, and further studies are needed on failure regularity and failure mechanism models of optical fiber connectors.
