摘要
永磁直流电机在实际运行中由于各种损耗而引起发热问题,影响电机的可靠性及寿命。本文分析并推导了电机的等效热源,计算了定、转子各端面的散热系数,使用有限元软件ANSYS建立了永磁直流电机的三维有限元模型,对永磁直流电机进行三维温度场仿真,得到了电机额定状态下的温度分布。将仿真结果与热像仪测试数据进行比较,验证了仿真方法的有效性,为永磁直流电机的可靠性分析奠定了基础。
The heat losses of the permanent magnet DC motor can do harm to its reliability and life span. The three -dimensional finite element model of a permanent magnet DC motor using ANSYS is established, and the equivalent heat sources of the permanent magnet DC motor, the equivalent thermal conductivity of stator are analyzed. According to the boundary conditions and the material properties of the permanent magnet DC motor, the steady temperature field is simulated. Comparing a few special points from temperature distribution with experimental data, the result shows that the accuracy meets with the engineering requirement, and verifies the rationality of the simulation method, which lays a foundation for the analysis of the reliability of the permanent magnet DC motor.
