根据钢铁行业清洁生产标准评价2010年柳钢技术指标水平,分析清洁生产潜力与节能减排的重点。
The technic indicators＇ level of Liu zhou Steel were evaluted according to clean production standard of iron and steel industry, and the clean production potential and the focus of energy-saving and emission-reduction were analyzed.
