2010年河南省医疗卫生机构法定传染病报告质量调查分析

Analysis of Report Quality of Notifiable Infectious Diseases in Medical Institutions of Henan Province in 2010

目的深入了解河南省医疗卫生机构法定传染病疫情报告现状,评估报告质量,为制定有针对性的管理措施提供依据。方法按照《河南省医疗卫生机构传染病漏报调查工作实施方案》,采用分层、随机抽样的方法,现场调查医疗机构70家。结果大部分村卫生室和个体诊所没有传染病信息资料登记;部分门诊日志、检测结果登记薄和传染病报告卡的填写质量较差;全省传染病总漏报率为15.93%,村卫生室和个体诊所漏报率最高(31.25%、27.78%);漏报病种在前5位的依次为:淋病、百日咳、急性出血性结膜炎、肝炎未分型和其他感染性腹泻。结论本次调查结果比较接近河南省医疗机构传染病报告工作实际水平;进一步加强对村卫生室和个体诊所的督导检查,全面落实门诊日志登记和传染病报告制度,确保传染病疫情信息真实可靠。

Objective To understand the Current Situation of Notifiable Infectious Diseases reporting of Medical Institutions in Henan Province,to evaluate the Report Quality,and to provide scientific evidence for bringing forward pertinence suggestion.Methods Based on Investigation Program for Missing Reports of Notifiable Infectious Diseases in Medical Institutions of Henan Province,70 medical institutions were selected,using Stratified random sampling method.Results The informotion of Infectious Diseases was not Registered in most of village clinics and Individual clinics;The fill quality of part of out-logs,register of test results,and the report cards of the infectious diseases was poor;the total missing report rate of Notifiable Infectious Diseases was 15.93 %,The missing report rates of village clinics and Individual clinics were 31.25 % and 27.78 %;Gonorrhea,Pertussis,Acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis,Unclassified hepatitis and Other of septic diarrhea were the top five kinds of infectious diseases with highest missing report rates.Conclusions The results of the survey were accordant with the actual report condition of Notifiable Infectious Diseases.To guarantee the validity and reliability of information of Notifiable Infectious Diseases,it is necessary to further strengthen the inspection of village clinics and Individual clinics,and necessary to ensure the full implementation of reporting system for Infectious Diseases.
